DeWitt’s Gourmet was founded in the summer of 2015, the brain child of Nicholas DeWitt Morris Jr., who at the time was a corporate America employee that had a bonkers idea of bringing homemade cookies to the masses! Rewind back 25+ yrs. when a young Nicholas first began eating these delicious cookies, baked and given to him by his aunt Nita, he was hooked at first bite… Christmas,
Thanksgiving, Easter, his birthday, didn’t matter the occasion, he always wanted his aunt to bake him cookies… In 2015 aunt Nita was kind enough to share the secret recipes (and probably tired of baking for Nicholas lol), and the rest is history or rather Nick’s-story… DeWitt’s Gourmet.
Why Dewitt’s? Well... we specialize in creating soft, not overpoweringly sweet, grandma tasting cookies for pick up ,delivery or shipment – why not DeWitt’s? As of now we have one location in Joliet, IL and are looking to expand
